Q: Can I play the game more than once?

A: No! Once you play, even if you only win $1 or your name is in the vacation draw, you can’t play again.

 

Q: I got in the draw for the vacation last week. Does my name stay in the draw?

A: Once a winner is chosen for the vacation, qualifying resets and only new names are in the draw! Since you already played the contest, you are ineligible to get your name in again.

 

Q: Can my family members play if I have won money?

A: Yes! Only you would not be able to play.

 

Q: Do I have to be 18 years old to play?

A: YES!

 

Q: I am a resident of Quebec, can I still play?

A: NO! Only residents of Ontario are eligible to play this contest.

 

Q: Can I play Cash or Splash if I’ve won another prize on boom 99.7?

A: Our regular 30 day rule applies. You will have to wait 30 days from your last prize win to play Cash or Splash.

 

Q: I won, what’s next?

A:

• If you won cash, our promo team will reach out to you within 24-48 business hours to confirm your information. Once that happens, the cheque will take approx. 6-8 weeks to process. We will then mail you the cheque to the address provided.
• If you won the vacation, our promo team will contact you within 24-48 to confirm some information and send it to our partners at the Cuba Tourist Board.
