Update: March 26 Maintained Access to Essential Services at St. Laurent
St. Laurent continues to be committed to the health and safety of our tenants, guests, staff and communities.
As a precautionary measure to help contain the spread of COVID-19, and per the order from the Government of Ontario on March 23, 2020, and further clarified in a press conference by Premier Ford on March 24, 2020, access to St. Laurent will be maintained only to stores considered essential services for a 14-day period, effective March 26 at 11:59 p.m.

Update: March 20 – Guest Services Kiosk Closed
Our Guest Services kiosk is temporarily closed as a COVID-19 precautionary measure. Strollers and wheelchairs as well as gift card sales and other services will be unavailable at this time.
For assistance please call the administration office from Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday 11am to 5pm at 613-745-6850.
Outside these hours the Security office can be reached at 613-745-6719.
Update: March 17 – Food Court Seating Area Closed
Due to the rapidly evolving situation concerning COVID-19, St. Laurent is taking the precautionary measure of changing food court operations to take out only until further notice. Guests may order from open food vendors but are asked to leave the area immediately after receiving their order.
This decision was made with the guidance of public health authorities to help reduce the spread of COVID-19.
This is in addition to the changes and guidelines we have already introduced including:
- Offering reduced store hours
- Intensified cleaning
- Additional hand sanitizers
- Health and safety best practices

Reduced Mall Hours
Given the evolving situation concerning COVID-19, as a precautionary measure, Morguard is offering its retailers the option to reduce their store operating hours to: 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, Saturday 11:00am – 6:00pm and Sunday 11:00am – 5pm starting on Tuesday, March 17th, until further notice.
Though some retailers will operate on reduced hours, St. Laurent will remain open to the public during our regular operating hours to provide access to stores that have decided to operate as normal or are essential services.
This is in addition to the changes and guidelines we have already introduced including:

- Additional hand sanitizers
- Health and safety best practices
