This year, Minto’s CHEO Dream Home, the “Caraway” is a mix of grand architecture and a luxurious interior – as it is every year. But for 2021, our design is enhanced by innovations focused on the wellness of the lucky family who find themselves living in it – and a net-zero approach to minimize carbon footprint and improve the wellness of the planet!

Model and Architecture:
Located in the Mahogany development in Manotick, the Caraway features beautiful views of the Mahogany Pond with an incredible wrap-around porch to enjoy the views and the outdoors, while inside the 4,603 square-foot floor plan offers plenty of space.
It’s a ‘customized’ bungalow with a loft space which means 2-storey ceilings and lots of natural light pouring into the main floor. And award-winning designer Tanya Collins joined us again this year to work her magic. We are teasing you with a few of her descriptions: minimal and modern with an earthiness to make it cozy.
There are hints of mid-century modern and art deco feels in the décor and there are some bold choices that are going to have people clamoring for a look. We will be sharing the interior elements through our website – so stay tuned!
