Lewis Carroll’s
Alice in Wonderland

Synopsis: Follow the Coyote Cast and Crew down the rabbit hole, as they present Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland (adapted by Anne Coulter Martens). Audience members of all ages will enjoy this classic tale of Alice, a curious young girl who finds herself transported into the magical realm of Wonderland. Once there, she meets some intriguing and mysterious characters: the Cheshire Cat,
the Mad Hatter, Tweedledee & Tweedledum, and many more. Alice tries to navigate this unfamiliar world in an attempt to return home, but matters are complicated when the Queen of Hearts declares, “Off with her head!”. Will Alice be able to escape and return safely to her sister, or will she remain stuck in Wonderland, trying to avoid the Queen’s wrath? Come see this incredible show to find out! The show’s sets, props, costumes, lighting, sound, hair & makeup were designed and created/obtained by students. Grade 11 student, Lisa Uchelimafor, also composed original music, and wrote original lyrics for 2 musical numbers & a reprise that are included in the show.
Performances: Performances will be taking place at St. Francis Xavier (3740 Spratt Rd, Gloucester, ON)

- Friday, April 13th @ 7pm
All shows will have a 20-minute intermission, at which time concessions and refreshments will be sold. All proceeds will go back into the Drama program at St. FX.
Ticket Sales: Tickets are free for children 3 & under, $5 for children aged 4-10, and $10 for adults. Tickets can be purchased through Tamara Capyk at St. Francis Xavier HS (3740 Spratt Rd, Gloucester, ON), or at the door.
