– Start your new year with a BANG by attending the 8th annual University of Ottawa Healthcare Conference (UOHS) on Saturday, January 20th

– The theme of this year’s conference is “Back to the Basics”

– Our aim is to increase awareness of the various branches healthcare has to offer

– We will feature many speakers including Dr. Andrew Pelling, a professor at uOttawa famously known as the scientist who makes ears out of apples and is also a TED2017 Senior Fellow, and Jessie MacAlpine, one of Canada’s top 20 under 20

– Past speakers include Dr. Brad Bass, Nobel Peace Prize recipient in 2005, and Dr. Michael Apkon, president and CEO of SickKids

– Participate in our Pitch-O-Rama elevator pitch style research competition, and our new panel debate
