This March I lost my mother Carol to cancer. For over 42 years she was my best friend. When she was in the hospital, I told her I would continue to make her proud every day. So, I grow in honour of her, and my father (who I lost August 2019) and in support of all those who are fighting. I know many who have and are.
The Foundation is the voice for cancer survivorship in Eastern Ontario. Their mission is to help people living with cancer by providing residents with access to person-centered care through the delivery of the Cancer Coaching Health and Social Care Service, innovative cancer research and a world-class clinical trials program.
